We carefully prepare and freeze each empanada to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for:

To request a refund, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Returns
