How fast is South West Sydney delivery?
Delivery timing is customised for the destination postcode and confirmed during ordering. Contact us through the website for time-sensitive or larger orders.
Where can I arrange pickup?
Pickup is available by pre-arrangement in Waverley and Neutral Bay. Arrange your collection before travelling.
Delivered frozen or baked?
Retail orders ship frozen, ready to bake in 18 to 22 minutes. For catering, events, and parties we deliver baked fresh, or fry in beef tallow on request.
Do you deliver to houses and apartments?
Yes to both. For apartments or gated estates, include the access details at checkout (buzzer code, building instructions, side gate) and we'll work with you.
Can you deliver to a park or venue?
We deliver to your home, office, or venue address. Baked empanadas stay good for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature, so they travel well from there to a park, community hall, or function space.
Do you cater events in the South West?
Yes. Milestone birthdays, family gatherings, christenings, community events, corporate functions. From 20 to 500 plus guests, anywhere from Liverpool to Camden. Book catering here.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
We use insulated bags with cold packs for frozen deliveries. If you're not home, leave a note at checkout with a safe drop location and we'll work with you.
Vegan, halal, or gluten-free?
Patagonia is vegan and Classic is vegetarian. Halal requirements can be discussed through a custom quote. Argentum does not make gluten-free empanadas. For larger custom events, externally sourced gluten-free items, sides or desserts may be discussed, but cross-contact risk remains.
