How fast is Inner West delivery?
Delivery timing is customised for the destination postcode and confirmed during ordering. Contact us through the website for time-sensitive or larger orders.
Do you deliver to apartments and terraces?
Yes. For apartment delivery, include the buzzer code or concierge instructions at checkout.
Delivered frozen or baked?
Retail orders ship frozen, ready to bake in 18 to 22 minutes. For catering, events, and parties we deliver delivered baked, or fry in beef tallow on request.
Can I order for a house party?
Absolutely. The Party Box (60 empanadas) is perfect for gatherings of 15 to 20.
Do you cater warehouse launches or events?
Yes. We cater across the Inner West, from small dinner parties to 500 plus guest events.
Vegan, halal, or gluten-free?
Patagonia is vegan and Classic is vegetarian. Halal requirements can be discussed through a custom quote. Argentum does not make gluten-free empanadas. For larger custom events, externally sourced gluten-free items, sides or desserts may be discussed, but cross-contact risk remains.
What's the minimum order for catering?
The base online minimum is $48. Higher minimums may apply by postcode, while custom catering is quoted around the event format and order size.
