Pedro founded Argentum in Bondi Beach. The range draws on family recipes, traditional Argentinian formats and the food culture he grew up with.

Which box should I start with?
The Chef's Box contains 20 empanadas across all five flavours for $85. It is the simplest way to try the full range in one order.
Do I need to thaw the empanadas?
No. Argentum empanadas are designed to cook straight from frozen. Follow the cooking instructions for the flavour you choose.
How long will they keep?
Store Argentum empanadas at minus 18°C or colder for up to six months. Bake only what you need and keep the rest frozen.
Is there a vegan option?
Yes. Patagonia is fully vegan and comes in Argentum's distinctive green dough. It is also included in the Chef's Box.
Can I collect my order?
Pre-arranged pickup is available in Bondi Beach and Waverley. Contact us to arrange your collection time.

What is Argentum Empanadas?
Argentum is a Sydney kitchen making Argentinian empanadas. Founded by Pedro, made in Bondi Beach. Delivered Sydney-wide frozen, baked from frozen in about 20 minutes.
Where can I get Argentinian empanadas in Sydney?
Argentum delivers Sydney-wide from our Bondi Beach kitchen. You can also find us at Northside Produce Market, North Sydney, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.
How much is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $48. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on distance from our Bondi Beach kitchen.
What flavours do you make?
Five flavours: Carnivore (beef), Athlete (chicken with green olives), Classic (three cheeses, vegetarian), Patagonia (vegan mushroom), Habibi Yalla (Middle Eastern beef).
How long do frozen empanadas last?
Six months in the freezer at minus 18C or colder. Bake from frozen at 190C for 18 to 22 minutes, no defrosting required.
Do you cater for offices and events?
Yes. The Party Box (60 empanadas, $319 baked or $279 frozen) serves 15 to 20. The Corporate Box (100 empanadas, $499 baked with chimichurri) serves 25 to 33. Delivered baked and warm across Sydney.
Do you have vegan, halal, or gluten-free options?
Patagonia is fully vegan. Halal options may be discussed for larger catering quotes. We do not offer gluten-free empanadas. For custom catering, we can discuss externally sourced gluten-free options, with cross-contact considerations.
