Do you deliver to CBD apartments?

Yes. We deliver to residential buildings across the CBD, including most inner-city apartment complexes. Include the unit number and any building access details at checkout.

Do you deliver to office buildings?

Yes. For office delivery, leave the company name, floor, and suite number at checkout. We'll drop at reception unless instructed otherwise.

Can I order same-day?

Contact us to check same-day availability. For guaranteed delivery, ordering the day before is recommended. 48 hours notice is standard for larger orders.

Delivered frozen or baked?

Retail orders ship frozen, ready to bake in 18 to 22 minutes. For catering, events, or boardroom lunches, we deliver baked fresh, or fry in beef tallow on request.

What's the best size for a team lunch?

The Party Box (60) covers 15 to 20 people as a main. The Corporate Box (100) covers 25 to 30. Allow 3 to 4 empanadas per person for a proper lunch.

Can we set up recurring office orders?

Yes. Contact us directly to arrange recurring office catering, invoice billing, and a standing delivery schedule.

What about vegan and vegetarian?

Patagonia is fully vegan with a signature green dough. The Classic is vegetarian, made with three cheeses. Gluten-free is available on request for catering.

Delivery windows and timing

For baked catering, we deliver inside a 30-minute window that you set. Insulated bags hold empanadas warm for around 90 minutes, so a midday delivery still works for a 12:30 or 1:00 lunch. For frozen retail orders to a CBD apartment, standard Sydney delivery applies with a $48 minimum. First-time customers use code FIRST5 for $5 off orders over $85. Dietary options every CBD team can share

Our six flavours cover almost every dietary line an office will have. Patagonia is fully vegan, made with mushroom, spinach, kale, carrot and a signature green dough. Classic is vegetarian with three cheeses and caramelised onion. Halal is available on request for catering orders. Gluten-free empanadas are available for large catering orders with a week's notice, not as a standard retail option. When you book a catering delivery, tell us the dietary breakdown and we will plan the mix so every guest has at least two options.

CBD-specific FAQs

Do you deliver to Barangaroo Tower One, Two, and Three?

Yes. All three towers, including tenant offices on the higher floors. Leave the company name and floor at checkout and we will drop at reception.

Can you deliver into hotel event spaces?

Yes. We regularly deliver into Sofitel Darling Harbour, Shangri-La The Rocks, Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency, and the InterContinental. Tell us the F&B contact and service window when you book.

How much for a team of 10?

The Family Box at $132 covers a team of 7 to 10 comfortably and includes Franui chocolate-covered raspberries for dessert. For a heartier main-meal lunch, order 2 twelve-packs at $52 each and add a Chimichurri ($12).

What is the minimum order for CBD delivery?

Our retail minimum is $48. There is no separate CBD minimum. For catering enquiries, most orders start at 60 empanadas ($279 to $319) which suits a room of 15 to 20.

Do you supply invoices with ABN and GST for corporate accounting?

Yes. Argentum is GST registered as of April 2026. Every invoice includes ABN, GST breakdown, and payment terms. Contact us for a Purchase Order or recurring account setup.
