A quick guide based on format. Most catering orders land somewhere between light canapés and a full lunch.

Common catering questions.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Timing depends on event size, format and location. Larger events need more notice. Use our contact form and we will confirm what is possible.
Baked, fried, or frozen, which should I choose?
Choose baked empanadas when you want them delivered ready to serve. Choose frozen when you want to bake on site. For eligible catering orders, beef-tallow frying can also be arranged on request.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Patagonia is fully vegan with a signature green dough. The Classic is vegetarian with three cheeses. Halal requirements can be discussed through a custom quote and may require advance arrangement. Argentum does not offer gluten-free empanadas. For custom catering quotes, gluten-free sides, desserts or externally sourced items may be discussed. Our kitchen handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee an environment free from gluten cross-contact. Do you offer sides with catering?
Yes. We offer fresh Argentinian salads to round out your spread. Mention it when you enquire and we'll send over the sides menu with pricing.
Where do you deliver?
Across Sydney metro. CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Parramatta, and everywhere in between. For regions further out, get in touch and we'll work it out.
Is there a minimum order?
We cater gatherings of all sizes. For the smoothest experience on small events, the Party Box or Corporate Box are the easiest way in. For bespoke catering, get in touch with your guest count and we'll put a plan together.
Can I combine flavours in one order?
Absolutely. Most events do. We'll recommend a mix based on guest count and dietary breakdown, or you tell us exactly what you want.
