How many empanadas per person: For a main meal, plan for 3-4 empanadas per person. For grazing or appetizers, 2-3 per person is ideal.

Frozen vs baked options: Empanadas arrive frozen and can be baked fresh on-site or delivered pre-baked for larger events (contact us for custom arrangements).

Recommended lead times: For orders under 50 empanadas, 24-48 hours notice is ideal. For larger catering orders (100+), please allow 3-5 days to ensure availability.
