Handheld, individually portioned, photographs beautifully, holds up across hours, and tastes like something memorable.

We deliver across Sydney metro for cocktail hour, late-night service, ceremony pickup, and post-wedding day brunch. Baked, timed to your service window, or sent frozen for the venue to bake at 190°C in 18 to 22 minutes. For the more traditional Argentinian finish, we fry in beef tallow on request. We coordinate with venues, wedding planners, and on-site chefs across Sydney's full venue list, from city function spaces to Hunter Valley estates and Southern Highlands gardens.

Made by hand in our Bondi Beach kitchen from recipes Pedro's grandma perfected over fifty years. Grass-fed beef, free-range chicken, proper cheeses, a fully vegan Patagonia with signature green dough. Gluten-free empanadas available on request with two weeks notice. Five flavours, every guest covered, including dietary cards mid-reception when the planner adds a last-minute vegan.

11pm onwards. The moment guests have danced, drunk, and need food before the bus home. Two empanadas each, delivered timed to the band's second set.

Pre-ceremony & transit

How many empanadas for a wedding?

Use the calculator above for a precise count. As a rough guide: cocktail hour, 2 to 3 per guest. Late-night feed, 2 per guest. Full reception meal, 5 to 6 per guest. For a 120-guest cocktail hour, three Corporate Boxes is usually the call.

Do you do cocktail hour canapes?

Yes. Cocktail hour is one of the most common wedding moments we cater. Baked, timed to the ceremony finish, passed by your venue's wait staff or set on a long table. Two to three empanadas per guest is the standard.

What about late-night feeds?

Yes. Late-night service is a wedding favourite. We deliver baked, timed to your peak dance-floor moment, around 10:30 to 11:30 pm. Two empanadas per guest. Holds up across the rest of the night.

Do you coordinate with wedding planners and venues?

Yes. We work directly with planners, on-site chefs, and venue coordinators across Sydney metro and surrounding regions. Loading-dock delivery, service-window timing, dietary cards, allergen flags. Tell us your planner's contact at booking.

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free for wedding guests?

Patagonia is fully vegan with signature green dough. The Classic is vegetarian, three cheeses. Gluten-free is available on request with two weeks notice for wedding scale. Five flavours, every guest covered, dietary cards on request.

Can you add salads to a wedding order?

Yes. We make fresh salads in-house to pair with catering orders. Particularly good for sit-down wedding receptions and bridal party lunches. Ask when you book and we'll suggest the right options.

Day-of timing and delivery windows?

For baked wedding catering, we deliver within a 30-minute window of your service moment, in insulated bags that hold warm for 90 minutes. For multi-moment service across cocktail hour and late-night, we split delivery and time each drop to the run-of-show.

How much notice do you need?

Two weeks ideal for wedding scale. 48 hours absolute minimum for smaller orders or last-minute additions. For very large weddings (300+ guests), three to four weeks gives us room to plan the dietary mix and delivery logistics properly.
