Sydney exhibition booths and convention suites have a problem: there's no kitchen, but visitors expect food. Cold platters get ignored. Hot food at a stand pulls people in. Argentinian empanadas solve both. Handheld, individually portioned, no plates or cutlery needed. They bake from frozen in any standard oven in 18 to 22 minutes, or arrive baked and hold warm for 90 minutes in insulated delivery bags.
We deliver to ICC Sydney, the Hordern Pavilion, the Royal Hall of Industries, all four Doltone House sites, Carriageworks, Sydney Showground, The Star Event Centre, and every major Sydney venue. Do you cater at ICC Sydney?
Yes. We deliver to ICC Sydney, the Royal Hall of Industries, the Hordern Pavilion, all Doltone House sites, Carriageworks, Sydney Showground, The Star Event Centre, and major Sydney convention venues. Tell us your stand or suite number at booking.
Can you bake on site at our booth?
Yes, if there's an oven on site. Frozen empanadas bake at 190°C in 18 to 22 minutes. No commercial kitchen or fryer required. If there's no oven, we deliver them baked and ready to serve.
Do you handle loading-dock delivery?
Yes. Tell us the venue, your bump-in time, and any security or freight requirements at booking. We coordinate with the venue's loading dock and arrive timed to your stand opening or service window.
How long do they stay warm?
Pre-baked empanadas hold warm for around 90 minutes in insulated delivery bags. They're also excellent at room temperature. For longer events, we stagger deliveries.
What's the minimum order?
20 empanadas (one Chef's Box). Most booth orders sit between 60 and 200 depending on day length and visitor flow. Hospitality suites and conference lunches usually run 100 to 500.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free?
Patagonia is fully vegan with signature green dough. The Classic is vegetarian, three cheeses. Gluten-free is available on request with a week's notice. Five flavours, every visitor covered.
Recurring orders for multi-day events?
Yes. For trade shows running across multiple days, we set up a delivery schedule timed to your run-of-show. One contact, one invoice, no last-minute coordination.
Branded packaging or visitor giveaways?
For branded sleeves, custom-printed napkins, or co-branded booth giveaways, talk to us early. We need at least two weeks' notice for printed packaging.
How early do we need to book?
48 hours minimum. For multi-day events, large hospitality suites, or custom dietary setups, a week or more is ideal. Last-minute? Call 0423 408 657 and we'll see what's possible.
