For a baked delivery timed to guest arrival, we deliver inside a 30-minute window. For frozen retail orders, standard Sydney delivery applies with a $48 minimum. FIRST5 gives $5 off your first order over $85. For milestone birthday events over 100 guests, book two weeks ahead so we can plan the six-flavour mix around the guest list.

Dietary options for a mixed birthday guest list

Patagonia is fully vegan (mushroom, spinach, kale, carrot, green dough). Classic is vegetarian (three cheeses plus caramelised onion). Halal is available on request for catering orders. Gluten-free is a large-orders-on-request option (catering only, a week's notice). Tell us the dietary breakdown when you book and we will spec the mix so every guest can eat two options minimum. For a Muslim family birthday, ask for the Halal spec and we will confirm before delivery.

Are empanadas good for kids parties?

Yes. Hamazing (ham and mozzarella) and Classic (three cheeses) are the kids favourites. They eat cold and warm equally well, so a 3pm party works. Chef's Box (20 empanadas, $85) feeds 6 to 8 kids with a portion each and a spare.

Can you deliver to Centennial Park or Nielsen Park?

What is best for a 50th birthday cocktail party?

A Corporate Box (100) baked for a 30-guest cocktail hour. For 50 guests, two Corporate Boxes plus a Party Box works well. Passed on platters, no plating needed.

Do you cater kids party takeaway bags?

Yes on request. Frozen four-packs make excellent send-home gifts for parents. Order 2 or 3 twelve-packs, split into four-packs on the day, done.

Can we mix flavours for a family with different tastes?

Yes. All boxes are mixed by default. For a Corporate Box (100), you get a spread across the six flavours plus dietary variants. Tell us if you want a specific ratio (for example, no ham for a mixed-religion guest list).

How far in advance do I need to book?

48 hours minimum. For milestone birthdays with over 60 guests or gluten-free requests, book a week ahead. For 150 guests plus, two weeks is comfortable.
