The Carnivore is Argentum's slow-cooked grass-fed beef brisket empanada with onion, garlic and red capsicum, made by hand in our Bondi Beach kitchen and delivered frozen across Sydney. Bake at home from frozen at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes — no thawing, no prep.

How to bake:
Bake from frozen at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Optional finish:
For extra colour and shine, lightly brush the empanadas with egg yolk before baking.
