The School Lunchbox is Argentum's twenty-four-empanada family pack designed for school weeks (six Carnivore, six Athlete, four Classic, four Patagonia vegan, four Habibi Yalla), made in Bondi Beach and delivered frozen across Sydney for $108. Bake one or two as needed; six months of school lunches in your freezer.
Twenty-four empanadas across all five Argentum flavours. Six each of Carnivore and The Athlete. Four each of the other three. Almost a full school month of varied lunches.

What 24 covers: Almost five school weeks of lunches for one kid (one per day, Monday to Friday). Two and a half weeks for two kids. Five flavours, weighted toward the two most popular meat options.
The morning routine: Air-fry from frozen in 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C while the kids get ready. Cool 5 minutes. Wrap, pack. Eats well hot at first recess, room temperature by lunchtime.

I used to grab a pie from the bakery, but Argentum has completely replaced that for me. Lighter dough, premium fillings, baked not fried. Way more flavour.

Argentum was born in Bondi Beach from recipes Pedro's grandma perfected over fifty years. The range combines grass-fed beef brisket, free-range chicken, a proper three-cheese blend, and a fully vegan Patagonia with signature green dough.
Traditional Argentinian technique, premium ingredients, and distinct repulgue folds give every flavour its own character.

Are Argentum empanadas delivered frozen or baked?
Retail orders ship frozen, ready to bake at home in 18 to 25 minutes. For catering and events, we deliver baked fresh or fry in beef tallow on request.
How long do frozen empanadas last?
Up to 6 months in the freezer when stored at minus 18°C or colder. No thawing needed. Straight from frozen to oven or air fryer.
How do I bake them?
Preheat to 190°C. Bake from frozen for 18 to 22 minutes for classic half-moon empanadas, 23 to 25 minutes for Habibi Yalla. Air fryer at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes works too.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes. Patagonia is fully vegan with signature green dough. The Classic is vegetarian with three cheeses and caramelised onion.

Across Sydney metro. CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, and beyond. Delivered frozen to your door.
Is there gluten-free?
Argentum does not currently offer gluten-free empanadas. For custom catering quotes, gluten-free sides, desserts or externally sourced items may be discussed. Our kitchen handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee an environment free from gluten cross-contact.
