The School Lunchbox is Argentum's twenty-four-empanada family pack designed for school weeks — six Carnivore, six Athlete, four Classic, four Patagonia (vegan), four Habibi Yalla — made by hand in our Bondi Beach kitchen and delivered frozen across Sydney for $108. Bake one or two as needed; six months of school lunches in your freezer.

Twenty-four empanadas across all five Argentum flavours. Six each of Carnivore and The Athlete. Four each of the other three. Almost a full school month of varied lunches.

What 24 covers: Almost five school weeks of lunches for one kid (one per day, Monday to Friday). Two and a half weeks for two kids. Five flavours, weighted toward the two most popular meat options.

The morning routine: Air-fry from frozen in 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C while the kids get ready. Cool 5 minutes. Wrap, pack. Eats well hot at first recess, room temperature by lunchtime.

Are Argentum empanadas delivered frozen or baked?
Retail orders ship frozen, ready to bake at home in 18 to 25 minutes. For catering and events, we deliver baked fresh or fry in beef tallow on request.
How long do frozen empanadas last?
Up to 6 months in the freezer when stored at minus 18°C or colder. No thawing needed. Straight from frozen to oven or air fryer.
How do I bake them?
Preheat to 190°C. Bake from frozen for 18 to 22 minutes for classic half-moon empanadas, 23 to 25 minutes for Habibi Yalla. Air fryer at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes works too.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes. Patagonia is fully vegan with signature green dough. The Classic is vegetarian with three cheeses and caramelised onion.
Where do you deliver?
Across Sydney metro. CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, and beyond. Delivered frozen to your door.
Is there gluten-free?
Gluten-free empanadas are available on request for catering orders with a week's notice. All five flavours, same quality. Our standard retail range uses traditional wheat dough.
