A frozen box suits a host with suitable storage, an oven or air fryer and somebody responsible for preparation. For a meeting room without cooking facilities, discuss baked catering instead. The Corporate Box contains 100 baked empanadas with chimichurri; check the current product contents before assuming a particular flavour is included.

For ten people, two to three empanadas each alongside other substantial food gives an illustrative 20 to 30. For twenty, that is 40 to 60; as the main meal at three to four each, twenty guests need 60 to 80 before adjustments. Account for the rest of the menu, event length and appetites rather than turning a box name into a guaranteed guest count.

Make the dietary split and venue access explicit.

The Classic is vegetarian and Patagonia is vegan. Argentum does not make gluten-free empanadas. Discuss allergies and any larger halal request directly before treating an option as suitable. Reserve agreed dietary portions before general service, and check the contents of each mixed box rather than assuming it represents the whole range.
