Hamazing is Argentum's ham and cheese empanada with smoky leg ham, mozzarella and tasty cheese, made in Bondi Beach and delivered frozen across Sydney. The kid-approved, office-approved crowd pleaser. Bake from frozen at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes.

Pack of twelve Hamazing empanadas. Just ham and melting cheese, folded into our pastry and made in Bondi Beach. The universal crowd pleaser. Kids reach for it, offices order it twice, and you can put it on the table without explaining anything.

Made in our Bondi Beach kitchen and frozen fresh to lock in flavour. Classic Argentinian half-moon shape with a zig-zag repulgue seal. No thawing needed.

How to bake:
Bake from frozen at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted through.

Optional finish:
For extra colour and shine, lightly brush the empanadas with egg yolk before baking.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, ham, mozzarella and tasty cheese, salt.

Allergens: Wheat (gluten), dairy.

Comfort food at its best. Pair with a crisp lager, a chilled rosé, or a cold glass of water and a friend.

The one nobody has to think about

Hamazing is what we made after too many customers said "my kids only eat ham and cheese." Now they order it twice. Smoky leg ham is layered with mozzarella and tasty cheese and folded into the same pastry we use for every other Argentum empanada. Not fancy. Not trying to be. Just properly good ham and cheese, hot from the oven.

It is the one on our menu that requires no explanation to your father in law, your kids, or the office lunch order. It just works.

What is inside

Wheat flour pastry, smoky leg ham, mozzarella, tasty cheese, salt. Contains wheat gluten and dairy. Not vegetarian.

What to drink with it

Style Pick Why it works
Wine Chilled rosé or a Sauvignon Blanc Bright and dry, cuts the salty cheese.
Beer Crisp lager, Quilmes or a Sydney pilsner Classic ham and cheese partner.
Non-alcoholic Sparkling water with lemon, or a cold apple juice for kids Clean and easy.
Sauce Pedro's Chimichurri (jar, sold separately) Adds a herb lift to the salty ham.

When to serve it

Occasion How to plate it
Kids birthday Cut in halves, serve warm. Reliable win.
Office lunch Order alongside the Classic and Athlete for a mixed box.
Family dinner Three per person, side of salad, done.
School holiday snack Bake in the morning, serve room temperature to grazing kids.

How many it feeds

Twelve empanadas feed 3 to 4 people as a full meal or 4 to 5 people as finger food. For families or offices ordering weekly, look at the Weekly Family Box ($132) or the Chef's Box ($85).

Bake reminder

Straight from freezer to a preheated oven at 190°C for 18 to 22 minutes. The cheese should be visibly melted when you break one open. Brush with egg yolk before baking for a deeper golden colour.

Said About Us

Five stars, again and again.

Browse by flavour, box, or occasion. Real reviews from real Sydney customers.

Started an asado with friends and decided to open with a few boxes from Argentum. Best decision we made. The Carnivore was the standout, everyone agreed.
Nicolas M. Carnivore
Ordered for a picnic with friends, the Carnivore is my favourite. Would highly recommend.
Lisa de Rooij Carnivore
I used to grab a pie from the bakery, but Argentum has completely replaced that for me. Lighter dough, premium fillings, baked not fried. Way more flavour.

Made in Bondi Beach

Handmade. Every one of them.

Every Argentum empanada is made by hand in our Bondi Beach kitchen using recipes Pedro's grandma perfected over fifty years. Real grass-fed beef brisket, free-range chicken, proper three-cheese blends, and a fully vegan Patagonia with signature green dough.

No industrial production lines. No shortcuts. Just traditional Argentinian technique, premium ingredients, and a team that cares what ends up on your plate.

Proper vegan.
Patagonia isn't an afterthought. Green dough, real vegetables, converts meat eaters.
