Every Argentum empanada is made by hand in our Bondi Beach kitchen using recipes Pedro's grandma perfected over fifty years. Grass-fed beef brisket, free-range chicken, proper three-cheese blends, and a fully vegan Patagonia with signature green dough. Real ingredients, traditional technique, no shortcuts.

Are Argentum empanadas delivered frozen or baked?
Delivered frozen across Sydney by default, ready to bake at home in 18 to 25 minutes. For catering and events, we can also deliver baked fresh or fry in beef tallow on request.
How long do frozen empanadas last?
Up to 3 months in the freezer. Straight from frozen to oven or air fryer. No thawing needed, no quality loss.
Which empanada should I try first?
Carnivore is our bestseller, pulled grass-fed beef brisket with green olives. For a balanced intro across the full range, the Chef's Box gives you twenty empanadas, chef-selected.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes. Patagonia is fully vegan with signature green dough, made with grilled mushroom, spinach, kale, carrot, and potato cheese. The Classic is vegetarian with three cheeses and caramelised onion.
Can I add salads to a catering order?
Yes. We make fresh salads in-house to pair with catering orders. Ask when you book and we'll suggest the right options for your event.
What's in a Carnivore empanada?
Pulled grass-fed beef brisket, slow-cooked with onion, garlic, green olives, and red capsicum. Classic Argentinian half-moon shape with a zig-zag repulgue.
Where do you deliver?
Across Sydney metro. CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Parramatta, and everywhere in between. Delivered frozen, straight to your door.
Can I order for an event?
Yes. From small dinners with the Party Box to 500-plus guest events with full catering. Baked or frozen, delivered across Sydney. 48 hours minimum notice for most orders.
Is there gluten-free?
Gluten-free empanadas are available on request for catering orders with a week's notice. All five flavours, same quality, no compromise. Our standard retail range uses traditional wheat dough.
